has gloss	eng: Overview AssessGrid (Advanced Risk Assessment and Management for Trustable Grids) is a research project partly funded by the European Commission as a Specific Targeted Research Project, or STReP, under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) sponsorship program in the area of information and communication technologies (ICT). Started in April 1 2006, the project runs 36 months until March 2009. The AssessGrid project’s main objective is to address obstacles of a wide adoption of Grid Computing by bringing Risk Assessment and Management to this field, enabling use of Grid technologies in business and society.
