In de oude Amerikaanse bodemclaasificatie werd de naam Planosol ook gebruikt, in de huidige classificatie, de USDA soil taxonomy, worden de Planosolen ingedeeld in Great Groups van de Alfisolen, Ultisolen en Mollisolen. |
