| has gloss | deu: Unter Augenbewegungen (Okulomotorik) versteht man die Gesamtheit aller motorischen Ausdrucksformen und Varianten, die den Augäpfeln (Bulbi oculi) zur Verfügung stehen, sich bewusst oder unbewusst, willkürlich oder unwillkürlich in unterschiedliche Richtungen drehen (oder drehen lassen) zu können. Sie sind als aktives Ereignis das Ergebnis bestimmter Innervationsvorgänge und dienen in den meisten Varianten der Aufnahme visueller Reize. Im Gegensatz hierzu bezeichnet man von „außen“ induzierte Augenbewegungen (beispielsweise durch den so genannten Traktionstest) als passive Augenbewegungen, deren Untersuchung Aufschluss über zum Beispiel mechanisch bedingte Motilitätsstörungen geben soll. |
